Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible to act as Remote help desk and Tier 1 support for Technology across Indonesia in the Mining / Construction Oil & Gas / Marine supporting Fleet Management Systems, Machine Control Guidance, Asset Health hardware and applications.
Requirements:

- Bachelor degree from IT related majors
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Understanding of IT support principles in line with ITIL
- Understanding of IP networking and communications
- Experience with helpdesk applications
